Business Analyst / Project Manager
Temporary, Full-time
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and traceability across Operating Model, Data Quality, and Data Dictionary/Taxonomy workstreams.
- Produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, user journeys, data mappings, and traceability artefacts to support solution design and delivery.
- Data Management knowledge (Data Dictionary, Taxonomy, Metadata, Lineage and Data Quality).
- Facilitate workshops with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and validate solutions.
- Support programme delivery through governance, testing, business readiness, and documentation activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in hybrid delivery (Agile & Waterfall), JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and user story development.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience in data mapping, service design, operating model transition, and regulatory change delivery.
