Are you seeking a chance to significantly impact the lives of SEN students while working for a school dedicated to your professional growth? Nestled on an expansive, unique campus in Cranleigh, this school offers students and staff access to learning which goes beyond the desk - forest schooling, stables, a swimming pool are just a few top mentions of this campus.
Working Hours: Monday 8:30-16:00, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-16:15, Friday 8:30-15:45
We operate a strict no-sponsorship policy; all applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

- Utilise multi-sensory techniques, such as signs, Makaton, symbols, or specialised aids, to enhance student communication.
- Offer emotional guidance to help students navigate feelings of frustration or anxiety and develop effective self-regulation strategies.
- Collaborate within a committed, expert team that provides extensive mentoring and training; this includes full instruction for roles requiring personal care support.
You Must Have…
- Be qualified with HLTA status or unqualified and willing to undergo training.
- The ability to interpret information for students with a wide spectrum of ability.
- Confidence with written and oral communication, organisational skills and attention to detail for meeting tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills within a solo-working or team environment.
- An enthusiastic attitude towards learning, alongside committed and empathetic qualities.
- Access to your own transportation due to semi-rural location.
