* A dedicated Learning Support Assistant with recent classroom experience
* Strong communication skills and effective behaviour management techniques
* An NVQ or CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning (desirable)
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
* A positive, supportive attitude and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
