English Teacher - Independent Secondary School - Essex
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a prestigious independent secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026 , ideal for a teacher passionate about academic excellence and personalised learning.
The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
Teach English across KS3–KS5 , including GCSE and A-Level
Contribute to a highly successful and well-resourced English department
Support students in developing advanced analytical and writing skills
Engage in enrichment activities such as reading societies and debating
