Personal Injury Paralegal

We're hiring an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury department.

Position Overview:   

About you:   

Demonstrated experience 5 years + as a paralegal, particularly in handling RTA, EL, OL and PL claims.

• Must be confident on the telephone speaking to clients and Defendants.
• Must be happy to speak to new clients to explain funding and procedure and sign-up clients.
• Must be confident in drafting letters of claim for non-portal work for all P.I. Areas.
• Caseload is mixed P.I. non portal Fast and Multi-track work.
• Outstanding organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in file management.
• Familiarity with EL/PL and RTA Claims Portals.
• Expertise in legal research and document preparation.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets, while prioritising and managing a diverse caseload.
• Dedication to delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective in prioritising tasks and managing a varied caseload efficiently.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
