Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting for a Part Qualified Finance Analyst on behalf of a growing business based in Leeds. This role has been created due to ongoing business growth and offers excellent exposure across operational finance, analysis, and business partnering. It would suit someone who enjoys working with data, providing insight, and supporting decision-making across the business.

The Role

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function with a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Delivering regular financial and operational analysis
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Assisting with month-end activities and management reporting
• Investigating trends, variances, and business performance
• Partnering with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Supporting process improvement and driving better use of financial data across the business
• Contributing to the continued development of reporting and analysis tools

About You

We are looking to speak with candidates who are:

• Part ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Recently AAT qualified and looking to progress onto ACCA or CIMA
• Analytical, ambitious, and keen to develop their finance career
• Comfortable working across both transactional/operational finance and value-add analysis
• Strong communicators who can build relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Able to work 3 days per week in the office
• A driver, due to business/location requirements
