Paid Media Manager

The Role: We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our Performance Marketing team, leading the strategy and delivery of our Paid Search and Paid Social activity. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth, efficiency and brand visibility through best‑in‑class paid campaigns that connect with customers and deliver measurable results. You’ll bring hands‑on experience from either a large in‑house team or agency environment, managing complex accounts across multiple platforms and campaigns. With a strong command of PPC and Paid Social, you understand how performance marketing drives commercial success, balancing data‑led precision with creative storytelling. Highly collaborative and people‑focused, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities, test new ideas and improve performance. You combine strong commercial and analytical skills with an open, approachable style - confident managing projects end‑to‑end while fostering key relationships. Organised, proactive and curious, you thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with a meticulous eye for detail and an analytical, data-driven mindset. You’ll work with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Senior Paid Media Executive and our external agency to deliver meaningful results. Shape and deliver the paid media strategy, ensuring activity supports broader business objectives and marketing plans. Line manage a Senior Executive; owning their development, areas for growth and assisting across key tasks including briefing creative assets, copy, promotions and reviewing account performance. Drive innovation and testing, leading projects end‑to‑end, using data and insights to inform decisions and continuous improvement. Help forecast our budgets and KPIs, then be able to articulate factors driving performance to stakeholders with all levels of knowledge. Develop our creative strategy, by working with key stakeholders across brand and creative, to build best-in-class executions across all channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure New Look’s campaigns constantly reflect best practice, align with compliance standards and are meticulously optimised. Analyse and attribute performance, working with analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement and actionable reporting across channels, with a lens on incremental activity. Operate with curiosity and initiative; identify new opportunities and industry trends - across channels, formats and tools - to drive new customer acquisition and sustainable long‑term growth. Who you are: 4+ years experience in a Performance Marketing role, working across large and complex accounts. Hands-on technical experience across key platforms – including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. Deep understanding of the mechanics that drive paid marketing, including creative excellence, audience targeting, attribution modelling, bid strategies and cross-channel measurement. Demonstrated success using A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance. Methodical, logical and highly numerate. Confidence with performance metrics, like ROI, profitability and acquisition rates, to support commercial decisions. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to distil technical concepts into actions across a large business with credibility. Excellent organisational skills, acting with pace and initiative across multiple projects and departments. Proactive mindset, taking accountability for projects from ideation to implementation. Advanced knowledge of Excel with confidence using formulas and functions to analyse data. Knowledge of analytics platforms – such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics. Hands-on experience with feeds are a plus. Experience working in an omnichannel retail business is a plus. Why New Look?
