Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Maestro Conductor: Instructing Music across Key Stages 3, 4 (GCSE), and 5 (A-Level).
- Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental, vocal, and compositional skills, ensuring rigorous and exciting curriculum delivery.
- Ensemble Director: Running extracurricular music ensembles, choirs, and supporting school performance events.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Relevant Degree in Music and QTS. Experience teaching Music to A-Level is essential.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers' Pay Scale (M/UPS).
