Quality Manager

Location: Hybrid/Kings Hill, Kent
Salary/package: £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Due to the nature of the work being carried out, the successful candidate will need to have a Full (Clean) UK Driving Licence and be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check which will be carried out by the company.

Commercial Services Group (CSG) are looking for a dedicated Quality Manager to join their Governance and Strategy division and play a key role in strengthening the Group’s Business Management System and ensuring our services are consistent, high‑quality, compliant and fit for purpose.

This role would suit an experienced quality professional or an emerging specialist ready to step into a Group‑wide position, offering the opportunity to develop expertise across quality, environmental, information security and health & safety standards.

The Quality Manager will play a key role in ensuring CSG maintains robust, compliant and effective Business Management Systems, supporting the delivery of safe, high‑quality and customer‑focused services. This is a role where expertise, collaboration and sound judgement are essential, with responsibility for Group‑wide assurance, certification and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing Group‑wide ISO certifications (including ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001) to ensure standards are achieved, maintained and embedded.

• Supporting internal and external audits, ensuring actions are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Working closely with service managers to strengthen compliance, controls and risk management.

• Building effective relationships across CSG to embed best practice and support consistent service delivery.

• Preparing reports, KPIs, gap analyses and insights to support decision making and continual improvement.

• Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure they meet regulatory, customer and business requirements.

• Supporting customer experience standards, including learning from feedback and complaints.

• Maintaining BMS documentation including registers, assessments, incident records and Statements of Applicability.

• Providing expert advice on quality, environmental, information security and health & safety matters.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in quality management and the design of effective controls.

• Experience of leading quality improvement and external certification projects.

• Experience of planning and delivering internal audits.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legislation, standards and customer requirements.

• Ability to use data to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to make evidence‑based recommendations and communicate them clearly.

• Knowledge of customer experience standards and complaints management.

• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with attention to detail.
