The Head of Business Development will lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Relationship Managers, cultivating a high-trust, high-accountability sales culture. The primary focus of this role is to dramatically accelerate revenue growth by driving new business acquisition within the employer market. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of B2B sales leadership and a robust background in commercialising and launching new product suites.Key responsibilities will include;
- Sales leadership & team management - lead, mentor, and develop a team of high performing relationship managers.
- New business & market expansion - formulate and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy tailored to win business in the corporate sector.
- Driving new product offerings and innovation - lead the commercialisation and market positioning of new product suites.
- Pipeline management and operational excellence - enforce disciplined usage of the Salesforce CRM.
