Audit Partner - South East

This is an opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of clients across the South East, ranging from high-growth and privately owned businesses to private equity-backed, international and larger corporate organisations, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will combine strong audit leadership with commercial acumen, bringing the ability to develop client relationships, win new business and support the next generation of leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a portfolio of audit clients across a broad range of sectors.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, boards and key stakeholders.
• Drive business development activity throughout the South East market.
• Deliver high-quality audit engagements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate across service lines to provide integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through leadership, team development and strategic input.

What We're Looking For:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status.
• Proven track record of managing a substantial audit portfolio.
• Strong network across the South East market.
• Demonstrable success in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial mindset and growth-oriented approach.
