PMO Analyst (ERP) - Outside IR35
Location: Remote with occasional UK travel
Contract: Initial 6-12 months
IR35: Outside IR35 We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project, providing PMO support across planning, governance, reporting, and delivery. Key Responsibilities * Support the PMO function across a complex ERP implementation. * Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies. * Produce project status reports, dashboards and management information. * Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and project documentation. * Track project progress and milestones using Azure DevOps. * Support resource planning, financial tracking and project controls. * Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective programme delivery. Essential Skills & Experience * Proven experience as a PMO Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes. * Experience supporting ERP implementations. * Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) . * Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting. * Strong governance, reporting, planning and documentation skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Contract Details * Initial 6-12 month contract. * Remote working with occasional travel as required. * Outside IR35.
