Recruitment Resourcer
Worcester WR4 8am - 4.30pm Our company is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. Responsibilities:
Screening incoming CVs
Screening CVs for a wide variety of job roles
Leading the candidate resourcing activity to fulfill specific assignments;
Lead candidate aftercare activity, including start date confirmation and ongoing periodic customer care communications;
Maintaining all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the contractor tor workforce;
Assist the Recruitment Consultants
Inductions
Support in maintain and updating candidate records and training
Maintaining relationship with candidates, keeping them updated with the recruitment process
Assisting and reporting to service delivery manager
Collate and record interview feedback
To ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
What skills do you need?
Good organisation and time management. Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Clear communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage several tasks at once. Problem-solving and teamwork
