Job description
The Administrator will be responsible for the provision of a range of administrative support duties to ensure smooth functioning of the Kerbside department. The Administrator will ensure effective coordination, documentation, and communication day to day. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.
Responsibilities
- Handling telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner while providing appropriate solutions to customer queries and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Dealing with customer/council emails and process requests as required.
- Maintaining & updating all required spreadsheets and reports for departments as relevant to the role.
- The operation of electronic software relevant to the role alongside data input duties as and when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 5 GCSE’s to include Math’s and English or equivalent.
- 1 years’ experience working in a customer-facing role within an office environment.
- Experience of using standard software packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, complete documentation, or maintain records.
