Recruitment Resourcer

The Results People are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our busy on-site operation in Kettering.

You'll be working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping us recruit and support a workforce of around 200-250 colleagues . The role will involve high-volume recruitment, candidate registrations, onboarding and compliance, as well as providing day-to-day support to our colleagues and working closely with the Account Manager to ensure the site is fully staffed.

The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm , however flexibility is essential. Our operation runs around our client's requirements, so occasional 6:00am starts and weekend working may be required, with a day off during the week where applicable.

We're looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, well organised, comfortable working at pace and able to manage several priorities at once. Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience would be an advantage.
