French Speaking Assistant to Partner - Private Equity Firm
£30k - £35k per annumFull-time
We are seeking a French Speaking Assistant to a Partner and PA of a friendly Private Equity firm in Central London.
Based 5 days a week from lovely offices across 2 floors (soon to be 3 floors), you will be focused on providing personal support to one of the Partners, as well as some business support, and office management duties, working closely with, supporting, and reporting into the PA to Founder & Partners & Office Manager (one individual).
Duties will include: meeting arrangement, organising trips and holidays (in liaison with an external travel partner), communication with schools, buying art work, dealing with tax, wifi, meter readings, handyman call outs etc., liaising with the partner’s wife and nanny, and providing general office and admin support as required.
In addition to being French speaking, you must be highly organised, proactive, attentive to detail, and open to lots of changes. Italian a bonus!
You will be joining a collaborative and social team (of 26 staff).
