• A full UK manual driving licence

In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and physical disabilities. Through your encouragement, expertise, and compassion, you'll help people develop confidence, achieve personal goals, and live the life they choose.
We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals who can combine practical support with genuine care, creating positive outcomes every single day.
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Autism and Learning Disabilities
- Mental Health Needs
- Physical and Sensory Disabilities
- Positive Behaviour Support
