Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment – Uncapped Commission

- £25,500–£35,000 basic salary (DOE)
- 1st year OTE £30–45k (top billers exceed £100k)
- Uncapped commission from day one
- Clear progression into Senior Recruitment Consultant and beyond
- Access to established clients, PSLs and ongoing leads
- 24–35 days holiday + birthday off
- Structured training and continuous development
- Manage and develop a 360 recruitment desk
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Develop new business through sales activity and client meetings
- Fill vacancies quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- Work towards KPIs, targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with compliance and wider teams
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays) Who We’re Looking For
- Resourcers, Delivery Consultants or Junior Recruitment Consultants
- Some recruitment experience (any sector)
- Motivated to step into a 360 recruitment role
- Confident, proactive and target‑driven
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Must hold a driving licence
