Support Worker (Young Adults) - Permanent Role
Salary: £12.87 - £14.03 per hour (dependent on competency & qualifications)Bonus: £1,500 welcome bonus*
Location: Residential Home (Cambridge area)
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week (part-time available, minimum 24 hours)
Training: Full training provided + funded Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care after probation We are recruiting on behalf of a highly rated, specialist residential setting (CQC Outstanding) supporting young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs. Set within 14 acres of beautiful grounds, this service provides a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young adults are empowered to develop independence and transition into adulthood. Facilities include:

✨ Dedicated art & music spaces As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of young adults by providing both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care (toileting, dressing, hygiene, and appearance)
- Supporting health and medical needs
- Helping in therapies such as hydrotherapy and rebound therapy
- Encouraging independence and choice in daily activities
- Supporting activities like: Shopping trips ️
Outdoor and forestry sessions
Creative activities
Social outings (yes-even trips to the pub!) ️ - Shopping trips ️

*Welcome bonus paid in two instalments: 50% after successful probation and 50% after one year of service.
