The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative to join a growing business within the manufacturing industry in Tamworth. This Machine Operative role is working for a company that produces high-quality products for the packaging industry , supplying safe and sustainable packaging solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Machine Operative looking for long-term work within the manufacturing industry , working in a fast-paced production environment in Tamworth.
Job Role - Machine Operative (Manufacturing Industry)
As a Machine Operative in Tamworth, you will be responsible for operating cutting machinery and supporting production processes within the manufacturing industry .
Key Responsibilities
- Running and operating cutting machinery
- Programming machines and ensuring product is aligned correctly
- Producing products to customer size specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
- Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required
Requirements
- Previous experience operating a bag machine is essential
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable and punctual attitude
- Positive approach and team player mentality
