* Help learners who may have experienced barriers to education to re-engage with learning.
* Previous experience supporting or teaching children and young people is preferred but not essential.
* Strong English and Maths skills, with the ability to support GCSE and/or Functional Skills learning.
* Experience working on a 1:1 basis would be advantageous.
* A patient, adaptable and encouraging approach.
* The ability to build positive relationships with young people and motivate them to succeed.
* Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence is essential due to travel between learners.
What We Offer
* £30 per hour.
* Flexible working hours to suit your availability.
* Short-term and long-term assignments.
