Newcastle upon Tyne £92.63 – £108.00 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity with Permanent Potential The Role As a Disability Support Assistant, you will: Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with physical disabilities and additional needsSupport students to access lessons, school facilities and the wider curriculumPromote independence, confidence and self-advocacyAssist with mobility and physical access where requiredWork closely with teachers, the SENDCo, pastoral staff and external professionalsAdapt learning resources to meet individual needsBuild positive, trusting relationships that help students thrive academically, socially and emotionally You'll play an essential role in ensuring every student can fully participate in school life.
