We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our growing healthcare team.

You’ll play an important part in supporting employee health and wellbeing. You’ll work closely with employees and managers, helping businesses create healthier and safer working environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct health assessments and employee health screenings
• Manage occupational health cases and management referrals
• Provide clear and practical advice to managers and employees
• Develop workplace health promotion programmes
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Support businesses with workplace health and safety compliance
• Work closely with management teams across a range of sectors

The Person
• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant registration
• Previous case management experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A caring and professional approach to employee wellbeing
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

A formal Occupational Health qualification would be an advantage, but it is not essential.
