International Tax - Senior Manager - Leeds or Manchester

The role provides flexible working, and the ideal home base will either be in Leeds or Manchester. You will be joining an exceptionally high performing, expanding team who have advised on many complex and interesting market transactions over the past few years. This opportunity provides the chance to work with overseas multinational corporations, banks and lawyers on a broad variety of technical projects that will include expansion into new markets, pre-transactions and post-transaction integration, legal structure rationalisation, operating model redesign, optimisiation of capital structure and financing, intellectual property ownership and reliefs, managing global law changes such as BEPS, and negotiation with tax authorities in both the UK and globally.
