The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll take full commercial responsibility for a portfolio of residential developments across the region. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standards, while building strong relationships with subcontractors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial aspects of multiple housing developments Procurement and management of subcontractor packages Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control Valuations, payments and final account negotiations Identifying commercial risks and opportunities Supporting operational teams to maximise project performance Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures Contributing to strategic commercial decision-making across the region About You We're keen to speak with commercially astute Quantity Surveyors who have experience within the residential development or housebuilding sector.
