Finance Officer (Local Hire) – Queen's International School, Qatar

Queen's International School, Qatar is seeking a detail-focused Finance Officer to join our school finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager and the Head of Finance and Operations.

The purpose of the role is:

• To provide essential operational and administrative support to the finance team, with a focus on the accounts receivable function of the school finance office.

• To ensure the accurate processing of tuition invoices and parent payments, effective follow-up of outstanding balances and well-organised financial records, supporting the Finance Manager and School Accountant in the smooth running of the school’s accounting functions.

• To align with the mission, vision, and values of Queen’s International Qatar and Artemis Education, upholding high standards of accuracy, integrity and service.

We're looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (studying towards CPA, ACCA or ACA is desirable)

• 1–3 years' experience in an accounting or finance role

• Strong Excel skills (Oracle NetSuite experience is desirable)

• Excellent attention to detail, integrity and discretion
