We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Class Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership for the right candidate.

The Role
Position: Year 3 Class Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Lead a Year 3 class with engaging lessons that develop reading, writing and maths fluency.
• Support pupils’ transition into KS2, fostering independence and resilience.
• Use robust assessment to plan appropriate challenge and intervention.
• Create a positive classroom culture that promotes curiosity and respect.
• Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and ensure consistency.
• (If applicable) Accept subject or phase leadership responsibilities as part of a TLR.

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Can motivate pupils and deliver a broad, balanced curriculum.
• Are reflective, organised and excellent communicators.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity and inclusive practice.
• Are willing to contribute to school life and consider leadership roles.
