Low Latency C++ Engineer Crypto Trading (remote)

Quant Capital is urgently looking for a C++ Engineer to join our high profile clients Crypto Engineering Team
Our client is a well known global Global Crypto Market Making firm. They are valued well over £3 Billion. They value technology especially the opensource variety as well as scalability and robust performance (much like their track record). They also have a digital asset service operating in over 100 countries.
Day to day the Low Latency C++ Crypto Trading Developer will:
- Building a Crypto Trading Platform for new exchanges.
- Responsible for research, design, development of a trading platform.
- Analyze current DeFi protocols for use within trading
Low Latency C++ Trading Developers should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable school, more than 5 years of experience in technology development, and more than 2-years relevant trading experience
- Solid C++ Engineering skills
- Experience of trading ideally in a buy side environment
- Understanding of Low Latency Infrastructure
- Understanding of Trade Order Books
- Ideally Familiar with encryption algorithms, consensus mechanisms, security protocols, distributed computing.
The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code. This is a role for techies and traders, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
The role is based in the West End, Hybrid working with remote flexibility
