• Working within multidisciplinary teams, you may be involved in collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Supporting the delivery of projects and services.

This role is only available to be based in our office in Telford. As such, you will need to be based within a commutable distance to your chosen office where you should expect to typically be in the office 3 days a week. This specific role is not available to be based in any other UK office; however, other opportunities on our website may offer greater flexibility on location.

Your role

As an Intern, no two days will be the same. You'll be working on live projects with a public sector client, gaining valuable insight into how technology and consulting services are delivered in a real-world environment. This is an opportunity to apply what you've learned at university while developing new skills, expanding your professional network, and learning from experienced professionals across a variety of disciplines.

To be eligible for this programme, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in the second year of a Bachelor's or Integrated Master's degree programme.
• Be intending to return to your studies following completion of the internship.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
• Be eager to develop your understanding of technology, consulting, and business operations.

• As a Service Analyst Intern, you'll support the delivery and continuous improvement of live services, helping to monitor performance, engage with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

• As a PMO Intern, you'll work alongside project teams to support planning, reporting, governance, risk management, and project delivery activities.
• Our Customer Experience (CX) Internship will provide exposure to activities focused on understanding user needs, improving customer journeys, and enhancing overall service experiences, with further details to be confirmed ahead of launch.
• As a Software Engineering Intern, you'll gain experience working within technical teams, supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions while learning modern engineering practices, development methodologies, and emerging technologies.
