Speech & Language Therapist – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia Hybrid - On site clincs at NR3 1YE Salary - £30,000 to £56,000 DOE Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK. This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required) Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management Provide clinical supervision where applicable Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)Requirements Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England HCPC – Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist NMC – Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children’s Nurse GMC – Medical Practitioners Social Work England – Social Worker At least 1 year’s experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent Eligibility to work in the UK How to Apply In return, you’ll receive competitive salary (DOE), annual reviews, pension contributions, 28 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays (and your birthday off), private healthcare, CPD opportunities, supervision and access to a collaborative clinical network.
