Your Role:
You’ll play a key part in the production process, ensuring products are built to the highest standards while working in a supportive, safety-first environment.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Following production processes and SOPs accurately
- Identifying and reporting faults in machinery or products
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Working closely with your team and team leader
- Maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
- Following all Health & Safety procedures (including PPE use)
- Continuously improving your skills and performance
