Job description
Handling inbound calls to process stationery orders over the phone
- Inputting customer data on company databases
- Managing emails from clients and customers
- Outbound calls to organise collections of customers PDQ machines
- Working with our courier and engineers to organise visits to customers businesses
- Tracking orders to ensure all runs smoothly
- Must be familiar with Excel
- Comfortable with speaking / email in Polish but also can adapt to other campaigns that will be speaking English / emailing in English
