Behaviour Mentor – Reading
Full-Time Role – ASAP Start
Do you enjoy supporting young people and helping them develop positive behaviour and confidence?
A welcoming school in Reading is looking for a proactive and supportive Behaviour Mentor to work with students who require additional guidance with behaviour and emotional regulation.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who benefit from structured support to remain engaged with their learning. You will provide one-to-one mentoring, help implement behaviour strategies, and support pupils in building positive relationships within the school environment.
This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for individuals interested in careers in youth work, counselling, psychology, education, or social work.

* Role: Behaviour Mentor
• Location: Reading
• Salary: £89–£100 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Ideal for: Psychology, Criminology, or Youth Work graduates
In this role, you will support students in developing confidence, emotional awareness, and positive coping strategies that help them succeed in school.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff within a supportive environment that values student wellbeing and staff development.
