IQVIA seeks an Associate Principal and Scientific AI Lead to own the product vision and lifecycle for AI-enabled clinical outcomes assessments tools. The role involves translating strategy into practical capabilities, defining user workflows, and leading cross-functional delivery across engineering, science, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, roadmap, prioritisation, and lifecycle management for AI-enabled COA selection tools
- Define target users, use cases, workflows, quality standards, and commercial value across internal and external clients
- Work with scientists, consultants, and stakeholders to map current workflows and identify where AI adds value
- Partner with engineers and experts to define quality criteria and escalation triggers for AI-generated outputs
- Lead cross-functional delivery, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, health outcomes, clinical research, public health, biomedical sciences, data science, product management, technology, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in product management, AI product development, or clinical technology
- Strong understanding of clinical outcomes assessments, patient-centered research, or health outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and domain experts
- Ability to translate scientific concepts into practical product requirements and user workflows
- Knowledge of regulatory, payer, and clinical trial landscape in drug development
