AstraZeneca seeks a Marketing & Digital Excellence Partner to develop commercial capability strategies and drive digital transformation across the UK business. This role supports product launches, enables Salesforce adoption, and designs programmes that strengthen marketing excellence and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify capability needs and develop focused capability plans aligned with strategy
- Design and deliver programmes strengthening marketing capability, customer engagement, and omnichannel excellence
- Embed capability development into launch planning and create frameworks supporting scalable launch execution
- Help colleagues build confidence and capability in Salesforce and new technologies through role-specific learning pathways
- Measure programme effectiveness using performance data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, commercial excellence, capability development, or learning and development
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful capability or transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills in complex, matrix organisations
- Ability to translate business priorities into practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Passion for enabling people and organisations to perform at their best
