The successful candidate will be responsible for driving store performance, leading and developing teams, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for proactive individuals with:
- Experience within supermarket or convenience store environments
- Strong leadership potential and people management skills
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with stock control, compliance, and store operations
This opportunity would suit both experienced Store Managers and ambitious Assistant Managers or Team Leaders ready to take the next step into their first Store Manager position.
