  • Assist with Ofsted registration, service mobilisation, and building a new team culture
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager and provide leadership across shifts
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to advocate for young people and drive exceptional outcomes

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Childcare
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to achieve within 2 years)
  • Experience within residential or social care settings
  • Knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting children with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, including deputising when required
  • Confident in multi-agency working and advocating for young people
  • Compassionate, resilient, and values-driven with an aspirational approach to outcomes
