We're recruiting a Corporate Account Manager for a market‑leading financial wellbeing and wealth management organisation supporting public‑sector clients across the UK. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long‑term partnerships, coordinating seminars and engagement activities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of key public‑sector accounts
Acting as the main liaison for client stakeholders, ensuring strong and trusted relationships
Booking and coordinating financial wellbeing seminars, workshops, and engagement sessions
Identifying opportunities to increase client participation and programme uptake
Supporting and mentoring Account Executives to deliver a consistent client experience
Using data insights to monitor performance and enhance client outcomes
Delivering high‑quality service that strengthens long‑term partnerships
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in account management or client relationship roles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with public‑sector stakeholders
Experience coordinating meetings, seminars, or events
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment
CRM experience and confidence using MS Office
Financial services or wealth management experience is highly desirable
