The Role: You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent engineering positions across the North West, working with a diverse portfolio of clients from innovative SMEs to major manufacturers. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Source and headhunt high-calibre engineering professionals
- Provide consultative services to both clients and candidates
- Handle contract negotiations and offer management
