The Role

B&FC are looking for a Youth Worker Co-ordinator to join our Student, Support and Wellbeing Team.

To build trusted, purposeful relationships with students who are disengaged, vulnerable or at risk of poor attendance, withdrawal, exclusion or becoming Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET). To co-ordinate Youth Workers who will provide targeted, relationship-based interventions that improve engagement, attendance, retention, achievement and progression into further learning, apprenticeships, employment and other positive destinations.

Our Safeguarding Responsibilities

B&FC is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all learners and expects all colleagues to share in this commitment. All colleagues are required to complete safeguarding training and uphold the College’s policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment for learners.
