Salary: £26,228 p/a (pro rata) | £13.45 hour + £63.70 per Sleep-In

Contract: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

No previous experience is necessary —if you have a positive, caring attitude, we provide full training!

Your Role: Making Independence Possible

As a Support Care Worker, you will be instrumental in the daily lives of the people we support:

• Daily Living: Provide practical support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.
  
• Personal Care: Assist respectfully with personal care routines and manual handling where needed.
  
• Community Life: Join in on fun trips, social activities, and community events in the beautiful Pembrokeshire area.
  
• Health & Wellbeing: Help promote positive routines and support medication/health needs.

What You Need to Succeed:
