Story Producer

We're looking for a tenacious Story Producer to lead a small team on a new 6-part True Crime series. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be confident working with contributors, and have the right manner to navigate challenging and sensitive access. You'll need strong experience in US based productions, including:

• Obtaining police and other official records.
• Submitting and managing FOI/public records requests.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contributors and key contacts.
• Setting up and managing shoots across the US.
• Working confidently with sensitive material and access.

US experience is essential, so please only apply if you have relevant experience. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is proactive, resourceful and comfortable working at pace. You'll need to be flexible and available to work across different US time zones, as well as being on call during shoots and research calls. We work from the office 3 days a week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining 2 days. Start date 28th September, contract end date TBC.
