WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR (DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?):

✔️ Level 3 TA qualified—or with substantial equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings.
✔️ Proven SEN experience—whether in schools, residential care, or community programmes. You’ve seen the challenges, and you rise to them.
✔️ Skilled in differentiation, visual supports, and assistive tech—you know the tools and when to use them.
✔️ Patient, adaptable, and solution-focused—with the communication skills to build trust with pupils, staff, and families alike.
✔️ DBS-ready—an active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to obtain one fast.
✔️ Reference-perfect—with two recent, strong professional references.
