SALARY: Gross annual salary (RAL) in the range of €50,000–€70,000

An important international company specialized in consulting and digital solutions for the Life Sciences sector, headquartered in Italy. Established in 2010, it supports pharmaceutical and biotech companies in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, medical affairs, and quality assurance. It offers innovative digital tools and high value-added services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

The Role

You will lead high-impact transformation initiatives for clients, combining strategic thinking and execution capabilities to drive innovation across regulatory functions. You will manage and develop teams, build strong client relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of engagements—from identifying opportunities to defining deals and driving business development.

Your Responsibilities

• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects or critical workstreams within large-scale transformation programs.

• You will define and deliver strategic initiatives across regulatory development, R&D operations, regulatory, and digital health.

• You will design and implement innovative operating models, business processes, and technology-enabled solutions.

• You will drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of clinical and enterprise systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF, data platforms).

• You will manage project governance, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• You will facilitate workshops, present insights, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

• You will translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• You will support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership.

• You will contribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior team members and supporting practice growth.

You May Be the Right Person If

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• You have proven experience in consulting or within the Life Sciences industry (at least 5–7 years).

• You have a strong understanding of regulatory development, regulatory processes, or R&D operations.

• You have experience in digital transformation projects and/or implementation of clinical or enterprise systems.

• You demonstrate the ability to manage teams and deliver projects in complex environments.

• You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and you are fluent in English.

• You have strong stakeholder management skills and client-facing experience.
