Fluent French Account Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Fluent French-Speaking Accounts Administrator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play an important role in transferring the administrative functions of our French office to London. The position will involve a combination of general administration, order and shipment processing, and basic accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and coordinating shipments
• Inputting and generating invoices accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with credit control and following up outstanding payments
• Carrying out bank reconciliations using Sage
• Providing general accounts and administrative support
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is kept up to date
• Communicating effectively with French-speaking customers and colleagues

• Fluent spoken and written French is essential
• Previous experience in an administrative role

• Invoicing
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Experience using Sage accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A professional, proactive and flexible approach to work

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
