We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Pupil Administrator & PA to the Senior Deputy Head. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Senior Deputy Head and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate pupil records, coordinating communications, supporting attendance and behaviour administration, producing reports, and providing high-quality administrative support across a wide range of school activities. This varied role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, work accurately to deadlines and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily and weekly administrative processes, including sanctions, staff duty lists and school bulletins.

Liaise with parents and colleagues across the School to ensure pupil information is accurate and up to date.

Maintain confidential records and support the efficient running of the School's administrative functions.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous administrative experience, ideally within an education or office environment.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

Experience of working with databases or management information systems

If you are an organized administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, we would be delighted to hear from you.
