Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse Non-Medical Independent Prescriber in Norwich. Earn £31.50 hourly for an ongoing placement while working full-time in the heart of Norwich, UK. You will be joining the dynamic Mary Chapman House team, strategically located at 120 Hotblack Road, Norwich, NR2 4HN. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, in a role that cannot be completed remotely. Requirements include being a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist with specialism in CFYP or equivalent experience.

What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using tools such as neuropsychological and psychometric assessments, along with self-report measures and structured interviews.
* Develop and implement treatment and management plans informed by suitable psychological frameworks.
* Administer a range of psychological interventions to patients, carers, and families.
* Make expert evaluations and treatment decisions while considering therapeutic models and individual patient histories.
* Ensure care plans are effectively communicated with referral agents during the assessment, treatment, and discharge processes.
* Provide the clinical team with specialist psychological expertise and support, including conducting risk assessments and advising on psychological risk management.
* Disseminate psychological theory and research to inform team-based care.
* Communicate assessment findings and treatment plans sensitively and skilfully.
* Evaluate individual and team progress regularly.
* Offer psychological support to staff, especially following critical incidents, when appropriate and supported by senior clinicians.
