AtriCure seeks a Manager of Regional Sales to lead a commercial team across northern UK territories, overseeing sales strategy execution, revenue targets, and clinical support delivery in cardiac operating environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Managers and Clinical Specialists reporting to this role
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue targets
- Monitor team performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to meet growth goals
- Identify and cultivate Key Opinion Leaders among physicians and researchers
- Manage customer escalations and support complex sales cycles with strategic accounts
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing sales teams of 4+ direct reports
- Track record of achieving regional sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Knowledge of cardiac medical devices or healthcare sales preferred
- Coaching and performance management experience
- Complex sales cycle navigation and account management skills
