Maths Teacher - Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Grammar School

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a highly respected grammar school in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 to KS5 , inspiring students to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving, and confidence in mathematics. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons across all key stages, challenging students to reach their full potential.
• Use creative teaching methods to develop conceptual understanding and mathematical reasoning.
• Monitor progress through effective assessment and provide targeted feedback.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages resilience and curiosity.
• Support enrichment initiatives such as Maths Olympiads and STEM competitions.
• Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum design, and school-wide initiatives.

About You:
• A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
