Hours: 7:30am – 9:00am & 3:00pm – 6:00pm (Monday to Friday, Term Time Only)
Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Bonneygrove Primary School is seeking a committed and caring Breakfast and Afterschool Play Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and looking to build a career in education or childcare.

We are proud to offer training opportunities , including support to achieve a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce , for the right candidate.

About the Role

You will be working as part of our wraparound care team, supporting pupils before and after the school day. The role includes:

• Providing a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment

• Organising a variety of fun and age-appropriate activities

• Supporting children's social and emotional development

• Preparing and serving light snacks

• Ensuring children are safely handed over at the beginning and end of the day

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and is passionate about their well-being

• Is reliable, friendly, and approachable

• Works well as part of a team and uses initiative

• Is willing to undertake training and professional development

• May have experience in a similar role (though this is not essential)
